Guest Sara Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 I was doing so well in this program (had just completed W5D1) when the unthinkable happened. I caught the flu!!! Now I haven't been able to run for a week, a nd I still have a bad cough. So when I am able to run again, where should I start? Should I repeat week 4? Or just try to start week 5 over? KellyAnn Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 Hi Sara, Oh no, the flu, uggh, you poor girl. I am so sorry you got sick and sidelined. I so hate it when you work out hard for weeks and are so motivated and get sidelined. Try going back to Week 4, and see how you do, if you can handle it , move uo to week5. Don't be upset if you can't, that dang flu wreaked havoc on your lungs and breathing might be tough. Just start somewhere and see how you do. Hope you are feeling way better now.
