started well but nervous about wk 5

I'm restarting the program after some elective surgery.  I made it through the 20 min run right before surgery.  I'm going to be hitting that run again next week.  I think for me and probably many others, running is mentally harder when you get to that length of time.  I've never been a runner and the idea of 20 minutes straight is daunting but I know I did it before.  One trick I did was to turn over my phone and not keep looking at my remaining time left.  I love running on the treadmill so I'll have the tv to distract me.
