KellyAnn
Hi Amy, A lot of people have that issue with day. IDK as I use the 10k app, so maybe someone will see this and help you out with this. Good Luck!
Guest Laurie
Amy...I am thinking the same thing as I just completed week 5 day 2 tonight. Yikes!!! Running 20 minutes seems like such a huge jump from 8 minutes. Curious how you did??
Guest Amy
Hey there.. I'm shocked but I got through it absolutely fine, got tired about 16 mins but got to 20 without feeling too bad at all. How'd u get on?

Guest Guest
I'm restarting the program after some elective surgery. I made it through the 20 min run right before surgery. I'm going to be hitting that run again next week. I think for me and probably many others, running is mentally harder when you get to that length of time. I've never been a runner and the idea of 20 minutes straight is daunting but I know I did it before. One trick I did was to turn over my phone and not keep looking at my remaining time left. I love running on the treadmill so I'll have the tv to distract me.
