Guest emily waldron
Hello i am making this post to recommend a product i recently purchased in order to improve my cardio/wasitline after the xmas period, I have a busy schedule so finding time to fit cardio into my life. This can be challenging this coupled with working from home has really reduced my cardio work from the start of the lockdown. The product in question is a weighted hula hoop this has helped me massively as i only need to use it for roughly half an hour and I am already seeing noticeable improvement in my all-round fitness and a reduced waistline! the product i purchased which i will link is also cheap and easily accessible and modular to accommodate to my size which was a primary concern. plus, the product is comfortable considering it is plastic, I thought i would make this post to help anyone who is in a similar situation schedule wise to me and to show that there is no reason not to improve in the right direction. I will leave a link to the hula hoop in this post. https://www.amazon.co.uk/weighted-trainer-fitness-adjustable-design/dp/B08LN7CTJK/ref=sr_1_1?crid=22TSUIC0VYPPC&keywords=B08LN7CTJK&qid=1642524247&sprefix=b08ln7ctjk%2Caps%2C178&sr=8-
Tom Riddle
Do the Cardio workouts. The best and easy cardio workout I can recommend you right now is Running. Running is the best for most calories burned per hour. Stationary bicycling, jogging, and swimming are also good in that. HIIT exercises are also best for burning calories. After a HIIT workout, your body will start to burn calories for up to 24 hours. Indeed, 30 minutes of cardio per day is good. The Department of Health and Human Services recommends a moderate level of exercise for 150 minutes (or five 30-minute workouts) per week for strong physical, mental, and cardiovascular health. If exercising vigorously, 75 minutes a week is recommended.
JohnyBee
To lose fat you need to be in a calorie deficit. If you want to get products to help with that then fat-burners are a good choice. They increase your energy and suppress your appetite but you still need to do some work. Eat more healthy and do cardio. You should choose whichever cardio you like the best (running, swimming, bicycle and so forth). Even though running burns the most calories since it involves moving your whole body, a lot of people don't like running, because of that you're less likely to stick to it. Choose your favourite cardio and stick to it. Some fat-burners are quite effective to suppress your appetite and gives you more energy to burn more calories: https://supplements4muscle.com/fat-burners/49-155-golden-labs-eca-gold.html#/35-size-60_capsules
