Tom Riddle
In fact, 5-7x weeks of 30 minutes of HIIT cardio training will definitely do a lot of harm to you. Holidays are really important whenever you enter a training routine. You are breaking your muscles and not giving them enough recovery time. It's worse. First of all, you shouldn't do HIIT every day. Like any exercise routine, it excels in improving your overall ability to work and rest, but you need to give your body full recovery time. HIIT cardio workouts can be done twice a week or up to three times a week. By doing this, you help your body recover properly and react better.
