I am the least sporty person you could imagine! Am now halfway through week 5 and am amazed I've been able to stick at it for this long.

 

20 min solid run tomorrow is making me nervous . . . But I'm determined to do it!

 

(Quick question - my thighs have turned ever so slightly blue/grey (like a bruise) - is this to do with the running? Doesn't hurt. Should I be worried? )

Just finished the 20 min run! It was hard, but not as difficult as I thought it would be.

 

Thighs looking slightly less blue! Did a spot of Googling (always dangerous as I can convince myself that I've got some hideous life-threatening condition very easily! ). Could be a slight circulation issue - will keep an eye on it but am not going to let it stop me running!
