Am now halfway through week 5 and am amazed I've been able to stick at it for this long. 20 min solid run tomorrow is making me nervous . . . But I'm determined to do it! (Quick question - my thighs have turned ever so slightly blue/grey (like a bruise) - is this to do with the running? Doesn't hurt. Guest Josie Posted July 6, 2014 Report Share Posted July 6, 2014 Just finished the 20 min run! It was hard, but not as difficult as I thought it would be. Thighs looking slightly less blue! Did a spot of Googling (always dangerous as I can convince myself that I've got some hideous life-threatening condition very easily! ). Could be a slight circulation issue - will keep an eye on it but am not going to let it stop me running!
