Hi There and Welcome on Here!  

 

Super proud of you to begin.   Have you downloaded the c25k app yet?    Have you wrote down your goals and how you want to go about losing weight?  

 

First, Plan which days you are working out.  Make sure you make healthy food choices and your weight should melt off.   Having a goal really helps.  What I did was to Put up a picture of Myself before and wit my weight to.  Then I wrote down Weight from Starting weight to where I want to be in the end.   I check off as i lose weight.  I posted healthy food too.

 

Keep me posted as we are all here to motivate you and hel you.     The apps are fantastic.   There are also other apps too.

Hi. I started a simple challenge and it's helped me immensely. I cut out all sugars, bread, pasta, sodas and dairy. I stick to it 6 days then 1 day I eat what I want. Don't over do the junk food but it helped me lose 12lbs in 5 weeks and inches off my waist and hips. I have legumes, salads and protein, as much as I want. It's not easy but not hard you have to want to do it. Good luck to you and I hope you find something that will help and guide you properly.
