I started the c25k program the first week of september and followed thoroughly all the steps beginnig at the 6th week. At first I was barely able to run more than 5 minutes and today guess what? I'm starting the half marathon trainer exercises! I am just amaze by how far a simple apps got me in a short amount of time. Thank you for getting me all fired up!
