Guest Bastien Posted November 13, 2014 Report Share Posted November 13, 2014 I started the c25k program the first week of september and followed thoroughly all the steps beginnig at the 6th week. At first I was barely able to run more than 5 minutes and today guess what? I'm starting the half marathon trainer exercises!
