Guest Allegra Posted November 11, 2014 Report Share Posted November 11, 2014 Hi everyone I'm doing a marathon in May next year just got this app for 20 weeks so it's run and walk even right up to the marathon?! My question is I can kind of run 7.3 miles already but have to walk the hills or inclines as get so out of breath but can run 30 mins straight when it's flat mayb longer so do I just try walk run thing I did day one today and must say found it hard did 4 miles and walked only when said for me too I was out of breath at times but my running app I had on as well said was a faster pace today Just looking for advice is it okay to run 4 mins then walk a min that's by end I think or should I run more if I can? Youcan run however you want, but I would try and run more if you can... Try crosstraining the other days and doing some speed drills to see if you can increase your running time...
