Guest naumom57
Last summer I started C25K .... not the smartest time of year to start as I live in Phoenix. Brutally hot. Just as I was starting to "like" running, I developed plantar fasciitis and tendonitis. After several months of stretching, anti-inflammatory drugs and shots, sleeping boot....I finally have the green light to give it a go again. Day 1 slow. day 2 faster and more distance. Running for one minute at a time feels about right. Not looking forward to pushing myself in the weeks ahead as I know it will be pushing. My foot is not totally healed, but hopefully it will not flare up again. Wish me luck! (PS...turning 57 in 2 weeks....25 pounds overweight...really wish me luck)

Guest Steph NZ
hi I had planter years ago and it halted my running too. I found foot joint mobilisation the best way to fix it. I found it after trying everything else (best till last) see if you've got any practitioners near you cause if you start it now you won't get planter again! Good luck and enjoy your running again :-)
