Guest Celine Posted November 10, 2014 Report Share Posted November 10, 2014 hey all, April last year, I stopped smoking and moved onto vapping... decided it was a good time to also improve my fitness levels and lose all the baby weight (said babies were by then 2.5 years old -> Twins). It worked amazingly! I went all the way to week 10 and lost nearly 2 stones! I was feeling better, looking better and sleeping better. Then.... then I have no idea what happened. I twisted my back somehow and got muscle spasms. Utterly painful. Perhaps I used it as an excuse not to go out also. Didn't make the time anymore. Started getting back to my lazy approach to life... This weekend, I realised that my coat was getting a bit tight when zipped up. Felt shockingly bad about it. So, I've decided to get back on the horse so to speak and the trainers have been dusted. Tomorrow morning, I am starting again at week 1. No excuses. Even this dreaded sinus infection will not stop me from going. I hope. Please? Celine.
