neuropathic pain

I use a micro current tens unit. It works differently than a regular tens unit. Those just give your body a louder signal to have to pay attention to so the pain does not get any attention from your brain. The micro current tens units work on the muscular level, relaxing muscles and help to get rid of trigger points. That can help reduce pain levels. Both the tens units and micro current tens units require an Rx to get them.

I use a golden turmeric paste daily to help reduce inflammation in my body. That has helped with both neuropathic pain and muscular/joint pain for me. Turmeric is a blood thinner so if you cannot take blood thinners it would not be a good choice to try buy generic lyrica.
