Guest Rach Posted November 3, 2014 Report Share Posted November 3, 2014 To make a long story short I lost 40 pounds in April..but now I have become so lazy..I want my health freak mindset back..I feel like I lost my motivation because I reached my weight loss goal but now I want to get my body toned and back in shape and achieve this 5k goal. I've also decided to start my new lifestyle change by becoming a pescatarian. This is all gonna be new to me so I'd love to meet other ppl with similar goals! But you can get back on track. Hopefully you did not gain it all back.....If you did, well, its time to get moving on!!! So, explain what is a Pescatarian? I do not know that one...
