Guest Dee
So I am brand new to this and already frustrated because the front of my legs are in pain. Will this stop the more I go or will that cause more damage? I have good shoes, I stretch and I don't do any inclines. Very desperate to be successful at this so any advice would be appreciated. Guest Grace
I just got fitted for shoes and my problem was actually the weight of my sneakers. Got lighter ones and tbt shin splints disappeared.
Guest Dee
I was looking at some minimalist shoes but those don't look to have much cushion, is this ok?
Guest Grace
Find a good running store. They will watch you walk and check your feet and find a selection of shoes for you.
KellyAnn
Hi Dee, There is an article on the blog page I think that talks about shin splints. Check there. Make sure you warm up properly. It sounds like shin splints to me. Read the article for tips on what to do. Good luck and keep us posted.
