Hi There SuSu,  

 

The 3 days a week are what you want to do, M, W F or Tues Thurs 7 Saturday. Or Sunday, Tues or Thurs.  Your choice.  Then crosstrain the other days.  I usually run, walk, hike, Dvd's, etcc.  WeightLift.    Train your body in different ways...
