Guest Cindy
What is considered a brisk walking pace on a treadmill? Just starting out, don't want to overdo!
Guest Chad Lyon
Should be faster than a normal walk. Like your trying to get to the door before someone else does without running

Guest tete
Any ideas how to get past being winded all the time. I'm in good physical health. Not overweight but just can't go past 3 tenths without having to walk. Walk 15 seconds and go another tenth
KellyAnn
Hi TeTe, Winded? Like you cannot catch your breath? I think you should do some breathing exercises. At least 3x a day Breathe in deep and hold it in your lungs, there is an app called Peaceful Breathing and it is great for that. Also, Look up Oxycise, she shows you how to breathe. Not a lot of people know how to breathe deep into their lungs at all. Try that for a few days.. That should help.. We breathe so shallow most of the time.....
