ThisChickRightHere
Hey guys! I'm new here. Had the app for a few weeks and now finally planning on actually using it instead of just staring at it on my phone. I'm starting over. A few years ago I dropped 120lbs from diet and exercise. I FELT AMAZING! Then over the years LIFE happened and I started to focus on injuries my husband had due to a bad car accident. I completely neglected myself. I ate whatever I could to and from dr appointments, tests, scans etc. I gave up on exercise because from constantly running around and just the stress of it all I was exhausted. I STILL AM! Now it's 4 years later, and I'm back to my original size. Last time I weighed myself I'm back in the 280s. Ugh. I feel disgusted with myself all of the time. Enough is enough! I did it once, I'll do it again. I have an elliptical, and I seen someone ask if we could use this app on a treadmill...would elliptical work as well? I used to do 45mins 2x a day. That's big for me. Haha. I actually started to loveeeee it! It's currently TOM for me, so I have to wait until it's over to get back at it. Horrid cramps keep me glued to my bed or couch. I'm great at making excuses so hopefully being a part of this community will help me out. My husband still has his issues so it is hard for me some days, but something's gotta give! I can't be any good or help to him if I'm in a bad place myself! ☺️Thanks for being here, and excuse my longggg drawn out introduction! ❤️
KellyAnn
Hi this chick. Well Welcome on here. Great introduction. Sorry about what you have had to deal with. That is tough. Welcome back to working out. Start slow and you can do it. Any help you need just ask on here. Everyone is here to help you. Yes you can do this in a treadmill or elliptical. Running outside is way different than running inside just so you know. Eat healthy and workout. You go this. Hugs and happy running.
