I almost gave up, but I wanted this time to be different from all the things I've started and stopped in the quest for weight loss. I'm almost 40, and weigh about 270 lbs. I'm almost afraid of going near a scale now. I've actually weighed over 300 lbs in the past. The biggest challenge I faced today, apart from being tired, was being itchy. What can I do about that? Remember, walk if you have to and do not force yourself too hard. Your mind will give up faster than your body will. I found this article below about being itchy. Hope this helps.
