Last two months of the year, let’s finish strong!

So this year was very hectic for me. We just finished moving. The boxes are unpacked, my youngest starts preschool on Monday. 

I always wanted to be the ‘active mom’ but the commitment to myself was harder and harder with each kid. I want to change that. I know I will be a better mom if I am stopping and doing things I love to take care of myself. 

so. It’s the end of 2019, why not take that last sixty days and make it really count? 
mom committing to the three days a week to practice running and (hopefully) walking on the other days.
