Getready Posted October 4, 2019 Report Share Posted October 4, 2019 Hello I’m a 58 year old who is extremely overweight with arthritis in my back, high blood pressure and a sluggish Thyroid. I do walk at least 3x a week for 30 min and I am mindful of eating healthy. I never really was a runner. I friend of mine told me about the C25K and explained how this is the program for me to drop the weight.
