I'm sure your training will be pretty rigorous so you might need to step it up a notch too. Which app are you going to be starting with??? I'd like to help you. If you've already been working out then I would go with the 10k app. If you haven't been working out, start with the c25k app. There is also some military apps out there for workouts, that use your own body weight.
