Kamille Posted February 19, 2019 Report Share Posted February 19, 2019 Hello. My name is Kamille and I'm 51 years old. I have to lose 20 kilo for my health. I've a lot of health problems. I'm going to do this program on my elliptical because I don't like to run outside and I have problems with my knees. I know that it will not have the same effect as that I would run outside but that doesn't matter to me. I want to become healthier and want to build up my condition. Crabapple Posted February 20, 2019 Report Share Posted February 20, 2019 I'm not using one, but I have used an elliptical before and I think it's great for someone who has knee problems. I have a knee that likes to give me problems and I've discovered that running is actually strengthening it. The great thing about "running" on an elliptical (or treadmill) is that if you get tired and want to stop, you don't have to walk all the way back home.
