Stephanie2019
Hello! I have recently lost over 100 lbs and currently weigh 199lbs I am a 42 year old female standing 5'4 inches tall. I would like to try the C25K but wondered if I am too big? Should I try to lose more weight before I start? Thank you! Crabapple
I'm not any good at this
Its up to you and how you feel about it. While running is much easier and softer on the joints the lighter you are, its very possible to run at any size or weight. You may even reap the benefits of additional weight loss by using the c25k program itself! Hope this helps. Crabapple
Weezie
You are not to fat for it. But do start with a week of walking... I am 5ft 4 in. 182lb. Just completed week 5.
TheBoatDude
No. Look up 300 pounds and running and Running Fat Chef...they’ve both done marathons... Danica R
