Squiggle88 Posted January 1, 2019 Report Share Posted January 1, 2019 Hiya, I'm a first time runner here in Ireland. I'm doing this to tone up and lose two stone in weight. I went for my first run on 29/12/2018. I have been so sore since then...it really hurts to walk. It's not isolated to one area but goes from my hips to my ankles. Is this normal?
