Very excited for y'all for making the decision!  I really love this app.  There is something about it that motivates me to push that extra few seconds to make it until I get the voice prompt to walk and then WOOHOO!  I don't know what your fitness level is, I really had none when I started LOL!  If you find that it is too difficult to move to the next week, don't be afraid to repeat a week or a day.  It's better to do this than to give up.  Just stick with it and support each other and if you ever need that extra support or have any questions just ask :)  Happy Running!
