Nimbus_crown
Hello, I’m a 55 yo woman who has let my health decline for decades. Because I have a job involving constant walking, I fooled myself that I was sort of in shape. I have three areas that need immediate attention. I have little flexibility, and that’s aggravated joint damage in my feet, knees, and one shoulder. I have physical therapy exercises for that. My muscles are weaker than ever, but I’m getting better with C25K. Is there a way I can manage doing running, stretching, and strength training on a regular basis without overdoing it? There are many more details I could add about my stuation if anyone wants to know.
