Guest Leopard Rayne
Hello - So I have been training for a 5K for 3 months already on my own and I can do a walk-run for 5K (closer to 3.5 miles rather than an actual 5K) in 40-minutes. Where should I start on the trainer?
KellyAnn
Hi There, Now this is just my opinion, but if you can already run a 5K and and have been training, I would start with the 10k app myself. That is where I began as I can run a 5k and I work out 5x a week. But, that is me. Why don't you try it and see where you are at? By the way, Congrats on being here. Welcome and keep up posted! Happy Running!
Guest Bianca
I can also run a 5k if need be but my time wouldn't be as fast as I wanted to be, im personally doing it on the treadmill to manage pace and I started on week 3 and run at 5.5 and walk at 3.5-
KellyAnn
Hi Bianca, Sounds like you are doing great. A treadmill is different than outside as the belt propels you forward. I think you would be a great candidate for the 10k app too. Let me know! Happy Running!
