Hi! I'm hayley, I'm almost 18 and I'm out of shape. I have never been one for running for too long because I was born with a heart murmur which makes it hard to run for too long. Just 2 years ago I joined the track team to see if I could do it without my heart getting in the way. But a week later I got sick because of female problems and had to go on a medicine and since then I have gained 40 pounds. A week later it was spring break and I was going out of town and I ended up hurting my foot really badly (to this day my foot swells up in tennis shoes). I have attempted to workout many times but I fail because I get busy and too tired after a long day at school so I don't workout. I downloaded this app and did week 1 day 1 with no problems (partially because I didn't wear tennis shoes). I'm also in need of support from others doing this as I will support them too. I'm easiest contacted through instagram, so if you wanna join me in my journey I would also love to support you and make a new friend follow me at hsmit15

I seriously want to do this and need some friends as I know myself and many others are way embarrassed by this kind of topic.

Well hey there Hayley,

First , yippee for downloading the app and doing Day 1. Big step. This is a great forum for all of us to talk and help each other. I have an accountability topic I posted in General Chat that you can check in everyday. There are a few of us on myfitnesspal too for tracking food. Someone might want to help on Instagram. I'm on here and My FB page so too many apps and I'm fried lol.

You are also young and your metabolism is probably fast? You should shed this weight pretty quickly. With a healthy diet and this papa nf you got this. Look up Zenlabsfitness in your App Store and they have other apps too for working out.

You got this girl and we are all here for you cheering you on. Ask any questions. Happy Running!
