Just Started - Doing it right this time! :-)

Hi everyone,

I just started the C25K last week and finished the first day of week 2 today.  I normally do around 50 mins 4 times a week on the elliptical but would love to get into running instead.  Every time I've tried, it's been a miserable, awful experience!  I've always tried to push too far, too fast, and never had any patience.  Everything hurt and I hated it...!  This time I decided to do the exact opposite and follow a proper, simple training program for newbies.  So far, so good!!!  No misery, no tears :-)

I'm walking at 4.0mph and running at 5.5mph which feel about right, not too difficult or taxing.
