We are all on here cheering each other on. So check in and we praise each other. I have posted and Accountability group in General Chat if that helps you. I found the app really motivating and I was wanting to do more and more. I am a Paleo girl, so if you want to drop weight, that is a Lifestyle change. You have to do what is best for you.
