hi, I've just started today with the training, i want to run a 10k race and in the journey until that day arrives, i want to lose the 22 pounds that are remaining of overweight. so I'll keep myself motivated. Any suggestions?

Welcome on here.  You have started and that is what matters, that is awesome.  You can do this!  We are all on here cheering each other on. So check in and we praise each other.  I have posted and Accountability group in General Chat if that helps you.   I found the app really motivating and I was wanting to do more and more.  I am a Paleo girl, so if you want to drop weight, that is a Lifestyle change.  You have to do what is best for you.  Keep me posted and Good Luck..  Happy Training!!
