Guest Kim
I just started today and was only able to get half way before 'saying uncle'. I just had a baby 4 months ago so I want to get in shape and losing some weight would be nice too. I feel like such a lame butt because it was a struggle. I choose to do c25k because I need to follow a regimen to keep me wanting to continue with a workout. Please someone tell me that it gets easier
Guest Sinéad
Hi I started today too. The first run I actually ran.....big mistake! When I reduced it to a jog that was barely above walk I was able to get through it - I was sweating and red and my nose was streaming but..... KellyAnn
Hi Kim and Sinaed. Good for you two for starting. It does get easier. And guess what?, you don't have to run in the beginning. If you feel better walking, then do. Please go at your own pace. Everyone is different. Good luck to you both. Go slow.
