Hello everyone,

I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) about 4 years ago, and the symptoms (ovarian cysts, insulin resistance, and hormone imblance to name a few) have caused all kinds of havoc in my life. I have managed to get fit twice so far, but limited knowledge, support, and major life changes have hampered my ability to maintain that fitness. That changes now.

I am taking back my health, fitness, and life through regular exercise, diet management, and proper sleep patterns. I cant wait to get this going and then keep it going.
