Guest Megan
Losing weight is about 75% diet. Exercise will help aid in endurance, strength, and muscle growth, but diet is going to be key to shedding pounds. I lost 40 pounds in 6 months cutting my calorie intake down to 1200 a day, while focusing on meeting protein needs first. If you have access to a doctor they can help too. Best of luck meeting your goal!

Guest Cooper38
Hello, I had to lose weight to join the AF also. My best advice is using my fitness pal app and tracking everything you eat. That helped me and I got to join. Also once you join enjoy bmt! I wish I could go back lol. I lost 30lbs in bmt and stay away from the biscuits lol.
