Shelley85 Posted March 11, 2017 Report Share Posted March 11, 2017 Hey my name is Michelle and I have downloaded this to help me try and lose weight!i want to learn to run properly also, I no it will take time but I'm worried that I am so unfit that I'm going to fail straight away!! Is this hard to do at first and gets a little easier or am I better just doing walking?
