Hi my name is Stacey, I downloaded this app a couple of days ago and really want to get some exercise in my life. I'm not doing it to lose weight but to become fitter and not sure where to start like what food/drinks to have, what to do before/after a workout etc

stretch before and after to reduce injury risk

re food...when you first start its not such a big change but as it gets harder a good basic diet to look at is carbs before exercise to assist with energy and protein after to assist with recovery

Hey my name is Michelle and I have downloaded this to help me try and lose weight!i want to learn to run properly also, I no it will take time but I'm worried that I am so unfit that I'm going to fail straight away!! Is this hard to do at first and gets a little easier or am I better just doing walking? Any help would be appreciated!thanks
