Advice on sports bras?

Since I'm a 32H, I wanted to put in my two cents. Freya Active has by far the best, most comfortable, most supportive sports bra I've ever used. Both breasts are separated and supported and move with your chest.

It's hard to advise if you don't have a bra-fitting store like Intimacy/Rigby & Peller near you. I'd say get a tape measure to measure your rib cage under your bust to get the band size. Then try different cup sizes to find the perfect fit.

Try Victoria Secret, depending on how you run (posture) watch out for under wire. I just bought one and I was slouching the entire run so the under wire was pushing into my ribs and they feel bruised but aren't.

The ones that zip up in the front and even clip together and then zip are awesome. Just be mindful of the under wire and your running posture.

I'm a 34DDD and it kept them safe and secure. Lol

I live in Australia and bought mine from Target which have a variety for different levels of activity. I bought the heavy active and make sure it has the racerback option. I find everything stays in place when using the racerback rather than normal. Im a 14DD in it, normally a 14E but bought the size a tad smaller so it will still fit with the weightloss
