first time for everything

I am slow&lazy when it comes to exercising properly and actually committing to the plan but today was my first time exercising and I am just so happy that I decided to do it. Like words can't describe how I feel for completing the first workout.

I slacked off because of weather and a cold but I started back up last night and my breathing was so much better and didn cut the jog time short either. What's good for cool downs?? Thanks for your support and advice

Hi Cassandra.

 

It is so easy to want to hibernate in the cold. We are like that. Don't do it, lol. So when the app tells me to cool down, I walk for the 4 minutes and then the last minute I stretch. If I'm outside, then I stretch on rocks, trees, etc. Don't ever just stop , always cool down and warm up. Happy Running!
