KellyAnn Posted October 9, 2014 Report Share Posted October 9, 2014 Hi Cassandra. It is so easy to want to hibernate in the cold. We are like that. Don't do it, lol. So when the app tells me to cool down, I walk for the 4 minutes and then the last minute I stretch.
