Question re workout sequence

Hey everybody,

 

Last night I was supposed to do week 5, day 1. However, at the end of my workout I realized I had actually done week 5, day 2. So, would it be best to go back and do day 1 next time, or should I just move on to day 3? And if I do day 1 next time, should I repeat day 2?
