Cxyz
Hello. I was wondering if I could Run like 5 Times per week. The whole question started because I really enjoyed the app so I want to finish the program, but the problem was that as many does I started to run to lose fat. So now I have mixed feelings cause I wanna finish the program but was in doubt if running 3 times per week are too little to lose KG. Also I want to ask if I can do the program twice per day to do at least 30min of workout.
Jschaferhess
The way the program is laid out, it's designed to Run 3 times per week with one day rest in between each run day. It's designed that way to reduce the risk of injury. You might consider strength training on your off days. Running M W F worked for me, with two days rest on the weekend. Good luck! For me I could only find time to run twice a week, and even that I sometimes got pain in my shins (shin splints) or knees (runner's knee). The injury will cause me to stop training for several days. Resting in between running days is to help prevent injury. But unless you encountered injury yourself, the advice usually won't sink in.
