Hello, I started 3 days ago. Finished Week 1 Day 2 today.

 

I wanted to ask if we can Run more than 3 times per week or not.

 

I ask this because I started to run just to loss weight, but I really liked to Run.

 

So now I wanna complete the program, but I don't know if just running 3 times per week can help to lose fat or not.

yes you can run more than 3 days per week. But if you are beginner I suggest that you do other things in the rest days: strength exercise, core strength, stretching or just walking. The idea of rest days is that your muscles need some time to heal and rest for better performance. Also avoiding the rest days can lead to injures and nobody wants this...
