I didn't bother reading the welcome page after downloading the app, and I'm too lazy to look at any of the many threads that clarify issues many people find confusing, so please bear with me.

 

Should I run 3 times a day? Or should I try to cram more runs in a day?

Hey Emily,

 

Definitely do not run 3x a day.  It s 3X a week.   I run M,W,F and weight s and other training on the other days.  I am going to switch mine up as I do T25 in the mornings, then on Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays do the app to run.   I like that schedule way better.   BTW, Welcome here and we are all here to support you!
