Moe Posted October 21, 2016 Report Share Posted October 21, 2016 Hi! New to this app. How often should I be doing it? I did each day for first week it realized it was 3 days instead of 7 for week 1. bstay2 Posted October 29, 2016 Report Share Posted October 29, 2016 The C25K app suggests 3 times a week, presumably with a rest day in between runs. This works for most busy people who don't have time to run 5-7 times a week. Also taking a rest day in between might prevent injury.
