kbucklou
I'm on week 5 of Couchto5k but I actually started the program in June. I have taken weeks off here and there and repeated many workouts. It took me 4 runs before I could complete workout one without any modifications, so even if it has taken me a while I am proud of how far I have gotten. I'm also pushing my 30 lb toddler in a jogging stroller so maybe that counts for something too, lol. I am trying to actually stay on pace now with at least 3 workouts a week and run a local 5k near the end of November. I'm also starting a Whole30 meal plan next week and hoping it will help me improve my running times and endurance. Glad to join you all! If i feel really good, i do the 1st day over again and that gives me 4 days..... other days are for lifting weights and resting...
