I was a size 10-12 before I got pregnant in january 2013 and I was a regular gym goer. Now I have 50 pounds to lose. Guest Bobi Posted September 29, 2014 Report Share Posted September 29, 2014 I am almost 50# heavy post pregnancy too (but my "baby" is 8!!) and I started yesterday -- it's not that scary and the program asks you to start off slow with no more than 3 run/walks a week.
