Aspiritfilled1
I just downloaded the app. I have never run before. I haven't been doing much of anything. I have high blood pressure and my knees really bother me and I need to get this weight off...about 70 lbs for starters. I'll start day 1, week 1 when I get off of work today. Prayerfully I make it through and can stick with it. I always give up on exercise after a few days...not this time though right?
Aspiritfilled1
Made it through week 1, day 1. It was rough...almost quit in the middle but I did it! Going to do every other day. I'm proud of myself. :-) margo0119

FitKim
Hi Scared Newbie, You're a quitter too? I guess I'm in the right place. I've started and stopped so many times It feels like a pattern now. Trying to break the pattern. I did day 1, today. I got 50 to lose. But I really want to be in great shape so I can participate in family activities more. Here's to both of us meeting the challenge! Hang in there! bstay2
On my own, I would have quit running. I know I had to do it (for years) but I just couldn't be bothered to find the time to run. After discovering this C25K app, I'm now running twice a week and just completed Week1 Day3. This app actually makes me look forward to the next run, ..... in my case to find out if I could jog for 90secs (for Week2) instead of 60secs.  Scared Newbie, please keep it up. I'm only one or two workouts ahead of you. Just starting out and enjoying it.  http://imgur.com/a/9YYk6
A_new_me_2016
I too am a bit scared! I have never been a runner, I started going to the gym consistently and I am working on weight loss goals. I want to be healthy and be able to keep up w/hubby & my 17yr old. I have done W1D1 and tonight I will do day 2 wish me luck.
Jschaferhess
Fear of failure is a real thing, I get it. Believe me when I tell you that you will be pleasantly surprised with your progress. Stick with it and you'll be amazed.
