I just downloaded the app. I have never run before. I haven't been doing much of anything. I have high blood pressure and my knees really bother me and I need to get this weight off...about 70 lbs for starters. I'll start day 1, week 1 when I get off of work today. Prayerfully I make it through and can stick with it. I always give up on exercise after a few days...not this time though right?
