In the last 6 weeks I built up to 2.5k run but was plateauing and realised I needed a plan. I'm sick at the moment but hoping I can shake this bug in a few days. That was me too, skipped right over the 5k app and started with the 10k one. Hope you feel better fast, sucks to be sidelined. Keep us posted on here with your progress.... Good luck.
