Wasn't getting too far on my own and needed a plan

I'm new here and tried to start running after my second bub. In the last 6 weeks I built up to 2.5k run but was plateauing and realised I needed a plan. I'm sick at the moment but hoping I can shake this bug in a few days. I'm planning to start from week 5 day 1 and hoping to eventually get involved in park run which is a 5k weekend run in Australia.

Australia??  That is awesome.  Welcome here.  Sounds like you are in great enough shape to begin from Week 5, Day 1.  That was me too, skipped right over the 5k app and started with the 10k one.    Hope you feel better fast, sucks to be sidelined.  Keep us posted on here with your progress....  Good luck.
