My question is why is the program different? I got used to running for 30-60 mins straight and the 13.1 has you running in 8 min bursts? Just wondering the logic of it. I'm wondering what the 13.1 training app is like but can't find a free schedule. other free schedules say to take walk breaks. so maybe experienced runners break up a Marathon with walk breaks? interested in our progress. Walking is definitely not a problem. It depends on what your goal is for the 13.1. Do you want to just finish? Or do you want to finish in a specific time? That will help determine whether you take walk breaks. Some research shows that walking can even help with speed overall. Â Ultimately you ahould listen to your body during the race. Next, I'll be training for a 10k (8 weeks away) and a half marathon (5 months away).  I thought the 10k app would pick up where I left off w the C25k app but it seems to start from scratch again (walk/running in short intervals) Here are my questions:  Should I just keep repeating the last week of the C25K app to keep pushing myself?  Or should I start at the beginning and focus on increasing speed?  It seems counterintuitive to start back at the ground level.  Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They have proven very reliable and accurate. Additionally I've not experienced issues with running all 3 at the same time along with my music.
