Natasha Posted September 25, 2014 Report Share Posted September 25, 2014 Hi my name is Natasha and I started ck25 August and was doing well until I started running back to back days or sometimes doing the app and repeting it,doing 60min. Instead of 30. I then started having top of foot pain on right foot. At first I ignored the pain and kept running, until the pain was so bad I couldn't. Mommy bird Posted January 4, 2015 Report Share Posted January 4, 2015 I had this recently and was told it was tendonitis. It was caused from my laces being too tight on rubbing and pressing on a nerve on the top of my foot. Ladder lacing helped immensely.
