Natasha Posted September 24, 2014 Report Share Posted September 24, 2014 I made it to week 5day 2 ,and started having top of foot pain on left foot. I think I was running to often sometimes and not taking a rest day. I now haven't been able to run for eight or nine days, and tried to run last night and it was o.k but the next morning my foot started hurting again!!! Guest Faye Posted October 8, 2014 Report Share Posted October 8, 2014 Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue and on the same foot. It started in week 2 of my running regimen and worsened in week 3. What I've tried today and which seemed to help ease the discomfort is remove the Dr. Scholl's sole inserts that I had paired with my running shoes.
